A new addition to Rocket’s list of venues is The Shoreditch Electric Light Station, a Victorian Power Station, which boasts a unique and expansive venue characterised by bare brick walls, wooden floors, and original industrial features like giant cogs and hanging hooks. As the current home of the National Centre for Circus Arts, it serves as an ideal setting for various events, including conferences, product launches, galas, receptions, private parties, dinners, and performances. Originally built in 1896 as an electricity generating station, the site has undergone extensive redevelopment since 1990, transforming into a modern, state-of-the-art facility while preserving its industrial charm.
The venue can accommodate up to 450 guests for receptions and 250 guests for dinner.
