Main Responsibilities

We're looking for a driven and people-focused Staffing & Recruitment Manager to join our award-winning Events team. Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, you'll play a vital role in attracting, recruiting, training and developing our Front of House workforce, helping us maintain our reputation as one of London's leading premium event caterers.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading the recruitment, onboarding and development of our Front of House event teams
Creating and delivering effective recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre hospitality professionals throughout the year
Interviewing, selecting and hiring staff in line with Rocket Food's values and service standards
Managing staffing requirements across approximately 350 events and 7,000 shifts annually
Building strong relationships with staffing agencies to ensure reliable support during peak periods
Managing staffing systems and software to maximise efficiency, workforce planning and reporting
Producing accurate staffing schedules, venue security lists and payroll information
Organising and delivering engaging training sessions to continuously develop team capability
Supporting succession planning by identifying and developing future leaders within the Front of House team
Working closely with Event and Operations Managers to ensure the right people are deployed to the right events
Attending events to support operations, evaluate team performance and maintain exceptional presentation standards
Acting as the first point of contact for Front of House staff, providing guidance and support when needed
Organising staff engagement initiatives and events that strengthen culture, morale and retention
Monitoring staffing performance, gathering feedback and implementing improvements to enhance service delivery
Supporting the wider Operations team with event delivery as required
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, hospitality operations or workforce management
Strong understanding of high-volume recruitment and workforce planning within a fast-paced environment
A confident and engaging communicator who enjoys building relationships and developing people
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Experience using workforce management, scheduling or HR systems
Strong attention to detail with excellent administrative and reporting skills

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and people-focused Staffing Coordinator to join the Events team at Rocket Food. This role is central to the successful delivery of events, supporting the recruitment, scheduling and development of a high-performing front-of-house workforce.
Working closely with the Events, Operations and People & Culture teams, you will help ensure staffing operations are efficient, accurate and compliant across a busy and varied events calendar. Support recruitment planning and delivery in line with the annual events cycle

We’re looking for a Senior Event Operations Manager to join our growing events team. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role working closely with Sales and Events teams to plan, organise and deliver exceptional, high‑end events across a range of prestigious venues.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of the operational delivery of events, leading both front‑ and back‑of‑house teams to ensure every event runs seamlessly, meets client expectations and complies with venue and safety requirements. Senior candidates will take a lead on larger, more complex events and support the development of junior managers.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organise and deliver all operational aspects of events in collaboration with Sales and Events teams
Lead FOH and BOH teams on event days, ensuring consistently high service standards
Produce and communicate clear, accurate event notes, service plans and timings
Manage service flow during events, including sending and receiving during dinners
Prepare and oversee RAMS and H&S documentation
Liaise with venues, suppliers and clients, acting as a key point of contact
Order and manage hired equipment and beverages, supporting cost control and profitability
Attend site visits and tastings to identify operational requirements
Support staffing recruitment, training and onboarding
Senior role: mentor junior managers, assist with manager allocations, and contribute to wider operational and efficiency projects

About the Role
We’re looking for an organised, reliable, and customer-focused On-Site Food Service Coordinator to join Table to Table, our workplace dining concept, delivering fresh, high-quality meals daily. Based at a single client site, you’ll oversee a smooth and engaging lunch service for a growing team (projected up to 100 employees).
This is a hands-on, front-facing role where you’ll act as the face of the service, creating a welcoming and professional experience for customers. You’ll work closely with central culinary and operations teams, with real ownership of your site and the opportunity to help shape and grow the service over time.

To coordinate and deliver a seamless daily food service operation. With food prepared off-site and delivered fresh each day, you’ll manage everything from setup to service and pack-down, ensuring high standards of presentation, safety, and customer experience throughout.

As part of our growing Motorsport division, we're looking for an organised, hands-on and proactive Motorsport Operations Coordinator to support the successful delivery of premium hospitality experiences across the Formula 1 calendar.
This is a unique opportunity to travel internationally and work behind the scenes at some of the world's most iconic race circuits, supporting event logistics, venue operations, and catering coordination of luxury hospitality environments for VIP clients, sponsors, partners and corporate guests.
What You'll Be Doing
Support all hospitality operations before, during and after Formula 1 race weekends.
Assist with event setup, venue logistics and operational planning to ensure seamless delivery.
Liaise with catering suppliers, transport partners, venue teams and trackside contractors.
Support procurement activities and coordinate equipment, stock and inventory requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure supplies are replenished in a timely manner.
Assist with the setup and operation of kitchen and back-of-house facilities, ensuring equipment is functioning safely and correctly.
Support food and beverage service operations, including stocking hospitality areas and garage facilities during race weekends.
Assist with packing, loading and inventory management for overseas rigs and European logistics vehicles.
Travel ahead of event teams to support early venue installation and facilitate smooth transitions during back-to-back races.
Ensure compliance with Formula 1 regulations, venue requirements and local regulations.
Contribute to operational reporting, post-event reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
