Set at One Marylebone, we had the pleasure of working with Knightsbridge Circle to build this magical alpine wonderland.
One Marylebone, moments from Regent’s Park was the perfect venue for this event and offered the freedom and ability to be dressed, as well as providing a perfect outdoor space which was ideal to create a night full of discoveries.
We wanted to keep the menu fun and family friendly with mini burgers, posh hot dogs, pizzettes and a churros cart for the little people, and sumptuous canapés, bowl foods and exquisite food stalls for the grown-ups. Our food stalls included an Alpine Charcuterie, Epicurie and Raclette stall, a Seafood stall with an ice sculpture (designed by Icebox) filled with oysters and langoustines and a hanging cured salmon station. Dessert canapés including cherry and frangipane tart and Viennese apple strudel served in mini-gingerbread houses.
Drinks included Alpine Margaritas and the Off Piste Negroni as well as a selection of mocktails including a Peach & Blood Orange Iced Tea and an Apple & Ginger Fizz. Gluhwein, German Mulled Wine, was also the star of our outdoor winter bar. Kids were not forgotten and were offered a selection of flavoured milk served in beautiful milk jugs with festive straws.
