The menu
Canapés included lobster rolls, prosciutto spiedini with white peach, and truffle and white mushroom arancinis presented in playful lemon-themed trays. To begin, guests had Italian roasted leek and pecorino raviolos, followed by roast sirloin of Aberdeen Angus with summer greens.
Dessert
Guests were surprised with a feast of sweets on a 12-foot food stall that highlighted the beautiful brightness of Amalfi lemons. The dessert station featured lemon and raspberry tarts, mojito macarons, lemon posset, and praline choux buns. Limoncello shots were also being passed around.
Party time
The celebration lasted until the late evening, with late-night bites of truffle mac n’ cheese and tomato pizettes being served along with punchy pisco sour cocktails.
