This menu celebrated the best of British ingredients. From Cornish lamb pavé canapés and a Dorset crab starter, to Hereford beef sirloin with pommes soufflé.

Dessert

Keeping things light and delicate, guests were served a blueberry and lemon macaron with blackberry curds, compotes and pastilles.

Party time

While fireworks exploded over the beautiful marquee, glasses of rum punch and our classic basil cocktail were passed around for all to enjoy.
