The spring and summer seasons are usually bustling with extraordinary events and weddings left and right at Rocket. But before any fairytale garden party or glamourous red-carpet occasion, it all begins with a tasting at our headquarters in Battersea. Think of the tasting room as a blank canvas and ground zero for some of the most luxurious parties in London. A space where our brilliant team of chefs and creatives bring their ideas to life in preparation for all the exquisite events Rocket is so well known for.

This summer, we’re seeing beautiful garden blooms, invigorating pops of colour, and menus that bring the freshest and most seasonal British produce to the forefront, from canapés to à la carte and abundant patisserie displays.
