As we look ahead to the 2025 wedding season, we wanted to share with you the trends we have been most inspired by and expect to see even more of in the coming months.
Sustainable sourcing
With couples increasingly considering the environmental impact of large scale celebrations, sustainability is fast becoming a key factor in wedding planning. We recommend using locally sourced ingredients where possible as a brilliant way to reduce your carbon footprint whilst adding a personal touch to the menu. Think local independent suppliers, foraged garnishes and seasonal flavours.
Our menus are thoughtfully crafted working closely with British suppliers to showcase seasonal produce. Perfect for your big day, highlights from our upcoming Spring-Summer menu include our Wykham Park Asparagus with a delicate wild garlic gribiche and our showstopping Fillet of Hereford beef paired with pomme anna, truffled gem lettuce, chive mayonnaise, red wine reduction. Elevated Tablescapes
Intricate tablescapes have become a defining feature of wedding design, and are set to reach new heights this year with custom tablescapes doubling as a central feature when it comes to décor. Think layered linens, vintage tableware, statement ceramics from specialists like Maison Margaux, all seamlessly arranged to transform dining tables into works of art.
At Rocket, we work closely with you to create bespoke tablescapes as visually impactful as the menu we serve. Our event managers bring expertise in mixing textures, patterns, and finishes, and work alongside our esteemed suppliers to bring your vision to life.

Low & No - Drinks For All
With non-alcoholic alternatives now stretching far beyond 0% beers, gone are the days of toasting with orange juice for guests opting to skip the alcohol. At Rocket we are passionate about delivering unforgettable experiences for all guests and our team of expert mixologists are delighted to share our recently launched Low and No Alcohol menu designed to complement any celebration. From sparkling wines to complex cocktails, you can be sure your guests will have the perfect alcohol free accompaniment in hand.

Creative Dining Experiences
Whilst the appeal of traditional sit-down dinners remains timeless, interactive dining experiences have grown in popularity in recent years. Couples are increasingly favouring presentation which delights guests and encourages mingling, with food stalls and dessert trolleys taking the lead as most popular formats for weddings.
Our Creative team work closely with our Event managers to design food stations tailored to each couple’s vision. Whether it’s a tower of fresh sushi, sprawling grazing tables piled with artisanal cheeses, or a profiterole trolley which captures your imagination, we’ll create the perfect food moment for you and your guests.

Colourful Intrigue
In an exciting break from tradition, 2025 is set to be the year of colourful accents. From bold floral installations to eye-catching touches across décor, couples are increasingly adding pops of colour to reflect their personality and bring a touch of playfulness to their wedding.
At Rocket, we are well versed in eye catching presentation, and revel in adding delightful touches to every aspect of your celebration. Our Head of Creative and Floristry Rachel works closely with each couple to bring their vision to life using statement florals by our in-house team of florists and wonderfully detailed décor.
