Our Favourite Wedding Canapés for 2022

Canapés are a hallmark of a great wedding, so much so that you can often determine the kind of celebration it’s going to be based on the canapés alone. They set the tone for the evening ahead and build anticipation for the main event. Plus, who doesn’t have fond wedding memories conspiring with new and old friends on how to best position yourself to catch the whirling trays of delicious morsels?

• Potato thins with truffle and parmesan cream – Delicate and crispy, these are perfect alongside a cocktail 
• Sea bream taco, guacamole, charred spring onion, pimento chilli and lime – Refined fish tacos which are always a crowd-pleaser 
• Aubergine char sui, puffed green rice, furikake salt – Served on a bamboo skewer, these vegan canapes are hot, crispy, and addictive!
• Pavé of aged Hereford beef fillet, béarnaise sauce – You can’t go wrong with this classic pairing of tender beef fillet with luscious béarnaise sauce
• Watermelon radish, celeriac remoulade – Light and refreshing with a variety of textures, these vegan canapés offer something a bit different and taste as good as they look 

Another great option for sustenance during wedding festivities are our Rocket bridge rolls. Perfect for lunchtime celebrations, bridal showers, or bridesmaid’s tea, these light, fluffy rolls are so versatile. We change ours seasonally, though the most popular fillings to keep guests happy are:
