Showcasing the finest spirits, handcrafted infusions, and fresh, seasonal ingredients, each cocktail is perfectly balanced and designed to deliver depth, indulgence and a touch of intrigue. Whether you favour bold, spirit-forward classics or light, refreshing serves, our menu offers the perfect drink for every special occasion. Here, our Bar Manager Tom Trotman shares his favourite picks for the season.

 
 

Mezcal Negroni

A bold twist on the timeless classic – the earthy smokiness of Ojo de Tigre Mezcal blends seamlessly with the rich bitterness of Campari and the deep, spiced sweetness of Cocchi di Torino. A cocktail with undeniable character, perfect for those who appreciate a spirit-forward serve with depth and warmth.

Mint Condition

Bright, refreshing, and effortlessly elegant –  with Beefeater gin as a crisp foundation, muddled cucumber, fresh lime, and a touch of gomme syrup blends beautifully to make this the ultimate gin refresher. Fresh mint adds a cooling finish to the perfect serve for warmer days and longer evenings.

 
 

English Garden

A fresh, floral ode to the English countryside – No.7 Vodka is complemented by elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon, and juicy apple. Served long over crushed ice, this effortlessly elegant cocktail is a perfect for relaxed afternoons and golden hour gatherings.

Ginger Barrel

A bold yet beautifully balanced highball. Glenlivet whisky brings smooth, honeyed depth, enhanced by fresh lemon and fragrant pandan syrup for a subtle nutty finish. A refined take on a classic whisky and ginger serve, layered with complexity and a touch of Southeast Asian flair.

 
 

Strawberry & Basil Sour

A summer berry twist on the classic sour. Fresh muddled strawberries bring natural sweetness, balanced by the herbaceous notes of basil, the bitter complexity of Campari and bright citrus notes from lemon and orange bitters. Smooth, refreshing, and layered, a cocktail which truly celebrates the best of summer.
