Nordic-themed corporate lunch

Design company Sculptivate created a spectacular winter wonderland setting for 80 guests to launch Pernod Ricard new UK offices. The whole event was to have a Scandinavian wild wood atmosphere, while still complementing the state-of-the-art offices.

Our task was to create a menu that complemented their Nordic vision for the space, which included forest seating and a chalet bar. The lunch was a perfect balance of a light, fresh starter again using Scandinavian inspired flavours, then followed by a warm, hearty venison main course with lingonberries. A bespoke chocolate dessert was created to match the sublime flavour of the accompanying sweet tipple being showcased by Pernod Ricard.
