New autumn winter menu

We don’t tell the seasons by weather here at Rocket, but by the change in ingredients. Goodbyes have been said to strawberries and asparagus, and now it’s time for truffle and the squashes to retake centre stage. Our autumn winter menu is all about celebrating earthier, richer flavours and these are a few of our favourite new dishes.

Radish, celeriac, honey and hazelnut canapé

A vegan canapé that packs a punch: both sharp and earthy, perfect for evening receptions.

Pugliese burrata with squash, pumpkin seed granola and miso

Autumn on a plate, this creamy burrata with sweet, salty squash makes for an ideal October/November starter.

Stone bass with caramelised banana shallots, potato and autumn greens

We just love this new main course, the gently caramelised shallots bringing depth of flavour and complementing the fish perfectly. Pairs well with a good Burgundian white.

Dark chocolate orange, chocolate cremeux, orange and vanilla ice cream

Bitter dark chocolate with orange is a classic match. Our pastry chef Kate has played with the textures and various expressions of these flavours to create an unbelievably moreish dessert. Just the right mix of bitter, sweet and richness.
