Equally important is our approach to drinks. Our talented in-house team can guide every aspect of the beverage experience - from perfectly paired wines and bespoke cocktails to non-alcoholic options that are as thoughtful and exciting as any signature drink.

Our Founder and Director, Caroline Hall - affectionately known as the Queen of Canapés - has built a legacy around these miniature masterpieces, earning Rocket numerous awards and a reputation that’s second to none. They say you can always tell it’s a Rocket event by the canapés alone. 

Our menus evolve with the seasons, celebrating the best of each ingredient, while a curated selection of timeless classics remains ever-present. For guests seeking something more substantial, we also offer an extensive bowl food menu - thoughtfully composed and perfect for flexible or informal dining.

Our seasonal à la carte menus showcase the very best each season has to offer. From autumn’s earthy root vegetables and summer’s vibrant garden-fresh produce, every dish celebrates premium, carefully selected ingredients. 

We combine creative techniques with thoughtful flavour combinations, respecting classics while introducing modern twists. With a deep understanding of what works in an event setting, we bring the same commitment to excellence whether crafting a tasting menu for 25 guests or a full-scale 400-guest celebration, ensuring every dish is meticulously prepared and unforgettable

Our in-house bar team are true drinks specialists, curating bespoke menus that reflect your event’s atmosphere, season, and style. Whether it’s an elegant champagne reception, a signature cocktail bar, or a refined wine pairing, we bring creativity and expertise to every pour. 

We work closely with an exceptional network of suppliers - from boutique distilleries to celebrated vineyards - ensuring every ingredient and spirit meets our exact standards. This collaboration allows us to craft cocktails that are not only beautifully presented but genuinely memorable. 

We’re also proud to be among the first caterers to create a non-alcoholic cocktail menu to truly rival the real thing - flavourful, complex, and every bit as celebratory. Because exceptional hospitality should be inclusive, and everyone deserves something special in their glass.
