Dinner in the dome at the V&A

In the striking Dome at the V&A, we had the pleasure of serving a wonderfully refined dinner that showed off classical British produce at its best.

The brief

Working with Fisher Productions, the concept for this celebration was to bring the outside in; to show off the stripped back beauty of nature through tasteful styling and a thoughtful, seasonal dinner menu.

To begin

The evening began in the John Madejski garden, where guests could enjoy Champagne and cocktails as well as a selection of canapés featuring Cornish crab, lobster and Wye Valley asparagus amongst other British delicacies.

The menu

Guests enjoyed a ‘restaurant style’ experience with the option to choose from three different starters, mains and desserts. Our highlights included the Isle of Wight tomato and tuna tartar, the Cornish lamb rump and English pea tartlet followed by the elderflower and Seedlip 108 set cream, served alongside a cucumber and gin granite and cucumber flowers.
