Rocket worked closely with Private Drama to create a mystic evening of ethereal wonder, with whimsical characters and a mesmerising performance from the English National Ballet School.
Guests gathered in the Undercroft for canapés and cocktails including Pumpkin and Ginger refresher and Sloe Gin fizz before climbing the stairs to the iconic Great Hall, where we translated the event brief into two food stalls.
On one side a celebration of the earth and sky serving partridge and pheasant terrine, wild mallard rillettes as well as carved fillet of Hereford beef and home smoked venison with colourful autumnal market salads.
On the other side, we represented the bounty of the sea with langoustine, oysters, crab and scallop on crushed ice served alongside hand carved beetroot cured salmon and pink peppercorn and juniper smoked sea trout.
After the ballet performance, two dessert trolleys were wheeled into position in the Great Hall as a theatrical end to the food service.
