Welcome to A Cook’s Tour: live monthly cook-alongs with ingredients delivered to your door, and a restaurant quality meal at the end of it

A Cook’s Tour was born out of a desire to bring some of our exceptional food into people’s homes, but with an educational, interactive twist. We wanted it to be more than just a meal delivery or standard cooking class – it needed our signature luxurious feel and exclusivity.

And so the idea grew into something pretty special: finding the finest locally-sourced ingredients, carefully selected from our little black book of British suppliers, and deliver them to your door just in time for a live cook-along each week.

How it works

1. You either subscribe, join a one-off cook-along or send a gift
2. We source and prep the ingredients from top restaurant suppliers like Natoora and HG Walter
3. We deliver the ingredients straight to your door the day before
4. You join us for the cook-along live with our Executive Chef Ryan Stafford and Director Charlie Grant Peterkin
5. The best bit. Eat, appreciate and share!

What's included

A box of exclusive ingredients for two people

Each menu features hero ingredients (whether a beautiful piece of fish or a rare cheese) and magic ingredients (little Rocket touches from sauces and rubs to marinades).

Recipe access

In your ingredients box you’ll receive your cook-along instructions. But you’ll also have access to all of our A Cook’s Tour special recipes created by Ryan for the Tour.

The live-streamed cook-along (and recordings to watch at a later date)

While each cook-along is livestreamed, after they’ve aired you’ll have free access to watch them anytime again.
